Part 2 – The Online Training Academy
Adult learning processes require ongoing practice and real world execution to ensure long-lasting application and mastery. As memorable and impactful as the Poker Room seminars are we cannot assume that programme delegates automatically put their newly learnt principles into practice after the initial training.
Following Training Module 1 our 6-week proprietary On-Line Training Academy ensures that the programme is sustained via the web. Each delegate receives personal login details to The Poker Room’s training server and in this way is provided with advanced methods of learning support, as well as exciting incentives and continued fun.
Individual participation is rigorously measured through weekly interactive online multiple-choice questionnaires. In this way participants are rigorously measured and held accountable for their performance, motivated, and provided with a unique opportunity to further develop their sales skills and knowledge – online – whilst simultaneously being motivated through an out-of-the-box, ingeniously designed blended learning programme.
Using leading edge web and mobile-driven technology, the On-Line Training Academy ensures a cost- effective yet powerful training experience, and includes three sections:
- Sales Strategy
- This section seeks to further develop the sales tools, techniques and models that were introduced during the 2-Day sales training workshop
- Poker Strategy
- This section seeks to continue developing the relationship between poker and business, and focuses on the skills that were introduced during the 2-Day sales training workshop
- Using our innovative online portal as a gateway, new thinking, concepts and behaviours are developed and nurtured that ensure high performance selling becomes common practice
- Product Information
- Every week our clients are given the opportunity to upload information on their products, services and intellectual property
- The aim of this section is to increase delegate product and service knowledge, in order to encourage horizontal selling and a greater understanding of the benefits and features of new or existing products and services.
