Part 1 – The 2-Day Sales Training Workshop
The sales training workshop is an intense learning experience that is equally divided in terms of time allocation and room division into a gaming and lecture format, with added breakaway rooms for brainstorming sessions and small group practice and discussion.
Skills, tools and techniques introduced in the Training Module include:
- The use of language to ensure immediate rapport building at the initial sales contact and which supports a successful sales appointment;
- How to tap into the customer’s spoken and subtle disclosure of buying requests and requirements;
- How to reassure and support a potential customer’s thinking towards a successful buying decision;
- Methods of achieving outstanding customer service levels, that ensure long-term relationships, ongoing repeat business, and third-party product endorsement;
- Asking effective questions and advanced listening skills;
- Sub-conscious selling, including personal brand development and techniques associated with reading unconscious communication channels and body signals
- Building an effective sales cycle (building the long-term sales relationship)
- Advanced closing techniques including acknowledgment of buying signals and meeting buyer objections
